I have been fortunate enough to have had Carmen Bergin as my life coach for a 16-week period in 2022. Throughout that time, she was compassionate, regimented, and confident enough to ask the hard questions. She helped me to recognize my strengths as well as areas where I have limiting beliefs.  She gently guided me in pushing past them using thoughtful questions and enlightening exercises.
